A cancellation is effective when received in writing at hello@lobsterbravo.com.
Hotels, tickets, transport, venues, restaurants, activities and other suppliers may apply their own cancellation and refund rules. Non-refundable costs and supplier cancellation charges remain payable by the client even where Lobster Bravo's own service fee is refundable.
Lobster Bravo will take reasonable steps to avoid or reduce unnecessary supplier costs but cannot promise that a third party will approve a refund.
Material third-party expenditure will normally be incurred only after client approval. Lobster Bravo may request advance payment and is not required to finance third-party costs.
Client-requested changes are subject to availability. Any additional work, supplier charge, price difference or non-refundable cost will be communicated and is payable by the client where the change is accepted.
