Clients should not send passport copies, payment-card details, medical information or other sensitive information through the public contact form unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure channel.
Personal data may be processed to receive and answer enquiries, assess availability, confirm and deliver concierge services, communicate with clients, coordinate reservations, process payments, maintain business records, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
Personal data is not sold.
Personal data may be shared with Netlify (website hosting and form processing), Zoho (business email), telecommunications providers, accountants and professional advisers, and third-party suppliers selected for the client's request, where necessary and to the extent required.
Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement may normally be deleted after 12 months. Client and accounting records may be retained for applicable statutory periods.
The website may use technically necessary storage functions required for security and basic operation. Lobster Bravo does not currently use non-essential advertising or behavioural-tracking technologies. If such technologies are introduced, this Policy will be updated and appropriate consent mechanisms implemented.
