These Terms & Conditions govern services provided under the Lobster Bravo brand by a sole proprietor based in Zürich, Switzerland. Contact: hello@lobsterbravo.com.
Lobster Bravo provides personal hosting, stay concierge, executive concierge and individually agreed coordination services, primarily in Zürich and, where expressly agreed, elsewhere in Switzerland. These Terms apply to proposals, confirmations and engagements unless different terms are expressly agreed in writing.
Submitting the website form, sending an email or contacting Lobster Bravo through WhatsApp is an enquiry only. It does not create a booking or obligation. A contract is formed only when Lobster Bravo provides a written proposal, the client accepts it in writing, and any required deposit is received.
"Starting from" prices shown on the website are indicative minimum prices. The final price depends on the scope, duration, number of guests, timing, location and complexity of the request. Additional time or services requested during an engagement may be charged separately.
The client must provide accurate information, inform Lobster Bravo of relevant requirements, hold valid travel documents and appropriate insurance, arrive at agreed locations on time, follow reasonable safety instructions, and pay agreed fees when due.
Hotels, transport, restaurants, tickets, venues, activities and other external services are normally supplied by independent third parties. Lobster Bravo may research, recommend, reserve or coordinate a supplier but does not guarantee the supplier's performance. The supplier's own terms apply to its service.
Unless a proposal states otherwise:
Cancellation is effective when received in writing at hello@lobsterbravo.com. Non-refundable third-party costs remain payable.
Lobster Bravo is responsible for loss directly caused by a proven breach of contract or failure to exercise reasonable care, subject to mandatory Swiss law. To the extent legally permitted, Lobster Bravo is not liable for acts of independent third-party suppliers, indirect or consequential loss, or loss caused by inaccurate client information.
These Terms and the contractual relationship are governed by Swiss law. The courts at the legally competent place in Zürich, Switzerland, have jurisdiction.
